There were 24 MLBbro starters on MLB’s official Opening Days on March 25-26. The Yankees began the season on March 25.

Trent Grisham went 1-for-5 with two RBI in a 7-0 thrashing of San Francisco Giants. Aaron Judge was 0-for-5 and took the Golden Sombrero with four Ks. Giancarlo Stanton and Jazz Chisholm had a combined three hits in seven at-bats, for the team with the most MLBbros in the lineup on Opening Day with four. 

The NY Mets got great production from veteran second baseman Marcus Semien, who went 2-for-5 in a debut win over Paul Skenes. 

The Black Nats are rolling. James Wood went 0-5 in his season debut but newly-minted starter Daylen Lile, batting cleanup, went 1-5 with an RBI.  Speedy Infielder Nasim Nune had a run, SB and RBI in two official at bats.

The Twin City gang featured Byron ‘Big Bux’ Buxton, who went 1-for-4, Josh Bell, went 0-3 and Rolls Royce Lewis went 0-for-2 in a 2-1 loss to the Orioles on Opening Day.

Cincinnati’s Gold Glover Ke’Bryan Hayes was 0-for-3. Los Angeles Angels slugger Jo Adell didn’t go yard but he was  2-for-3 with a run scored. 

Houston’s young phenom Cam Smith was 0-3 with a steal and Cedric Mullins of the Tampa Bay Rays took the collar going 0-for-5 in his debut. 

The St. Lou Crew of Masyn Winn and Jordan Walker went a combined 2-for-9 in a 9-7 win over Tampa. 

Victor Scott had a huge day going 3-for-4 with a run and two steals – he could have 40 by the break. 

The wily veteran Andrew McCutchen continues to grind out at bats batting fifth and going 1-for-2 in his Texas Rangers debut.  

Philadelphia Phillies rookie and second-generation MLBbro Justin Crawford was as advertised, going 2-for-4 with a run scored in his MLB debut. 

Arizona’s King Jordan Lawlar had a hit and outfielder Alek Thomas went hitless for the Diamondbacks, and staying out West, Josh Naylor “The Impaler” went 0-4 for Seattle 

Four-time World Series champ Mookie Betts was 1-for-4 with an RBI for the two-time defending World Champs.

Today’s action will feature the season debut of multi-talented outfielder, 2022 NL Rookie of the Year Money Michael Harris and 2025 NL Rookie of the Year Drake Baldwin when the Atlanta Braves open the season at home against the Kansas City Royals. Miami Marlins infielder Xavier Edwards will also be in the starting lineup as they open up against the Colorado Rockies, Friday March 27.
