We’re in the home stretch of summer, and we’re making that rubber band around your bankroll stretch, too. 2-0-1 last week after a last minute pitching change by the Atlanta Braves, but we’re still basking in the glory of a no-loss FriYAY! Let’s keep pushing that win column to the limit, grab yourself a few shekels to throw at your local bookie or betting app, and stay tuned for three winners from the #BrosBettingBaseball (@bbruh916 / @abookay3)!

1. First game gives us a little heat and humidity in The Land, as the Cleveland Guardians (-140) play host to fellow Midwest big leaguers in the Chicago White Sox (+120) starting at 7:10pm Eastern. The Guardians have retaken 1st place in the AL Central and are up 2 games on the injury plagued White Sox. Veteran righty Lance Lynn (3 wins – 5 losses, 5.62 ERA) takes the mound for the Sox, while MLB Bro Triston McKenzie (8 wins – 9 losses, 3.14 ERA) hopes to bounce back for the Guardians after dropping 3 of 4 in his last handful of starts. Luckily for T-Mac, fellow MLB Bro Jose Ramirez has his back! Ramirez is rocking it for Cleveland with his .281 BA and team leading 22 homeruns and 98 RBIs. Without superstar MLB Bro Tim Anderson, the White Sox just won’t have enough firepower to contend. Take the Cleveland Guardians moneyline in the first game of our slate.

2. Game 2 and we’re still sweating bullets. We’re not nervous, it’s just that the sticky air has us burning up in the stands as we watch the Tampa Bay Rays (-195) rudely welcome the Kansas City Royals (+165) for a game of ball. We’re not playing cards, but both teams are bringing out their Aces. Kansas City’s Brady Singer has been one of the few bright spots for his squad, and his 6 wins – 4 losses, 3.29 ERA, and two-straight wins against the White Sox and surging Dodgers proves it. Meanwhile, Shane McClanahan has been sensational. After appearing in the MLB All Star Game as a rookie, he’s still a bit under the radar with 11 wins – 5 losses, a 2.98 ERA, and a ridiculous strikeout count at 165. Both teams have struggled offensively, and with each team ranked in the bottom 10 in homers, slugging %, and runs scored, we’re making the Royals/Rays UNDER 7 runs the #BrosBestBet!

3. Finally a little relief as we touch down in sunny San Diego! The Washington Nationals (+250) come visit their former star Juan Soto, as the San Diego Padres (-300) look to finally break out of their trade deadline slump. San Diego’s last dominant series was against the Nats, and they’ll look to dominate again versus winless Paolo Espino (0 wins – 5 losses, 4.2 ERA) on the mound for DC. On the flipside, the Padre’s lefty Blake Snell (5 wins – 6 losses, 3.66 ERA) went from winless in the first 50 games, to winning 4 of his last 5 starts! Even though San Diego lost superstar and MLB Bro Fernando Tatis Jr, much to the chagrin of hall of fame voter Rob Parker, the list of stars is still strong and we’re hoping the San Diego Padres -1.5 take us to the moon!
