MLBbro.com’s Brandon Carr predicted back in April that Giancarlo Stanton would have to stay healthy for the Yankees to compete for the playoffs in a tough AL East.
Stanton delivered, hitting 35 homers (some of them mega clutch) and driving in 97 runs, leading the Yankees to 92 wins and the AL Wild Card Game.
