Jordan Walker is a sleeper MVP candidate who has already eclipsed career-highs in both home runs and RBIs not even halfway through the 2026 season. For that, he earns the top spot on our Week 11 #HighFive list.
1. Jordan “Sky” Walker
Jordan Walker has been a key piece in the St. Louis Cardinals’ surprising start to 2026.

The 21st selection in the 2020 MLB Draft began June with a seven-game hitting streak, posting a .378 average with nine RBIs, two home runs, four doubles and three steals entering their series this weekend against Minnesota.
Walker is on pace to blow most of his career-high numbers out of the water.
He already has his career-best numbers in home runs and RBIs, is tied for the most stolen bases in his four-year career with 10, and is on track for highs in average, OPS, on-base percentage and runs scored.
Over his last seven games, Walker has been even more productive, batting .424 with two home runs, nine RBIs and three steals.
2. Braden Montgomery
When you make history in your Major League debut, a spot on our #HighFive list is guaranteed.
MLBbro Braden Montgomery Hits 2-Run Walk-Off HR in MLB Debut To Lift White Sox Over Braves
On Tuesday night, Braden Montgomery became just the fifth player in Major League history to hit a walk-off home run in their debut, helping his White Sox clinch a series-opening victory against MLB’s best team, the Atlanta Braves.
The Texas A&M alum and 2024 Boston Red Sox first-round pick was traded to Chicago just a few months after the MLB Draft in a deal that included All-Star pitcher Garrett Crochet.
In Double-A Birmingham and Triple-A Charlotte this season, he slashed .314/.422/.548 with 10 home runs, 41 RBIs and five steals before his call to the Majors.
The next night, he would go 2-for-4 with two doubles in another win for the first-place White Sox.
The Southside of Chicago is buzzing thanks to the Sox’s play this season. They are playing with house money, and the emergence of another young prospect could sway them to possibly become buyers during the August trade deadline.
3. Daylen Lile
A hot start to the month earns Daylen Lile the three spot on our Week 11 #HighFive list.
This is the second #HighFive appearance of the season for the second-year player out of Trinity High School in Kentucky.

June has been good to Lile, who is batting .382 with a .462 on-base percentage, seven RBIs, three steals, a triple and home run through the first nine games.
Alongside All-Stars C.J. Abrams and James Wood, Lile ranks near the top as a team leader in most all hitting categories for the Washington Nationals as they enter their weekend series against the Mariners over .500 at the latest point in a season since July 2021.
4. “Money” Michael Harris II
Michael Harris has been one of the best players on the Majors’ best team this season; however, they are going to need him to be even better now that fellow outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr. landed back on the Injured List with another hamstring injury.
Harris has been effective this season despite dealing with a lingering back injury that has caused him to miss a few games.
Michael Harris II is Back to His Rookie of the Year Form at the Plate
His week was highlighted by a pinch-hit bases-clearing double to help complete his Braves sweep over the Pittsburgh Pirates, as well as him collecting hits in four of his past five games.
Amongst National League outfielders, Harris currently ranks in the top six in both average and RBIs and should be a strong candidate to be one of the three outfield starters come next month’s Mid-Summer Classic in Philadelphia.
5. Chase Burns
Another solid start for the young flamethrower Chase Burns, where he went 5.1 innings, striking out seven and allowing two runs on six hits, earns him the fifth and final spot on our Week 11 #HighFive list.
Chase Burns Is An Electrifying New Pitcher In Baseball
Despite already allowing as many earned runs in June as he did in all five starts in May, Burns completed his 13th consecutive start going at least five innings and his 10th in a row giving up two or fewer runs.
The race for the National League starter in the All-Star Game will be a tight one, although Burns has a strong case, ranking in the National League’s top five for ERA, strikeouts, batting average against, WHIP and wins.
