Nichol Whiteman is the CEO of the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation. The HBCU graduate’s goal is to have 75 newly-built  Dream Fields  in Los Angeles, Long Beach and other undeserved communities, where park space for Black and brown youth is very limited. The number 75 signifies and celebrates the 75th anniversary of #JackieRobinson breaking MLB’s color barrier in 1947.
